2020 July 26 th Round Two Marque Sports Car Association of SA

2020 July 26th Marque Sports Car Association of SA Round

Who can believe it’s only round two in the month of July. All sports are struggling to fit in rounds this year and motorsport is no different. The eighty-one car field on Sunday was a great success for the Marque Sports Car Association. Also The South Australian 86 BRZ Adrenaline had a Skid pan day with 20 specialized vehicles attending.

The efforts are so worth the reward when every person has a wonderful time at the Mallala track. All the work behind the scenes that volunteers put into the preparation for the event to be a success is so rewarding. This would not be possible if it weren’t for the officials, flaggies, fireys, scrutineers, timing, stewards, race control and ambulance people. A lot goes into running an event for Covid-19 as this has made it a lot harder.Motorsport people will continue to powering on.

Old favorites like Gerrard Millar with his 1938 Plymouth Special and new comer Bradley Vaughan Age 16 both enjoyed the sunshine and made the most of the event. It was splendid to see so many competitors making the most of valuable practice time at round two  before next week's Ryan Pannowitch Memorial Trophy. MSCA hope to run another round August 30th Supersprint Round 3
