More than 200 drag racers and over 10,000 spectators converged on The Bend Motorsport Park for the 2026 Riverbend Nationals, one of the premier events on the national drag racing calendar. Fans were treated to world-class commentary from Alan Reinhart, whose distinctive Arizona voice added to the spectacle across the Top Doorslammer and Top Fuel categories. Saturday’s program began strongly, with the Sportsman’s Series opening proceedings and marking the return of Nitro Funny Cars to the venue. A standout moment came mid-afternoon when 14 Top Doorslammers fired up simultaneously in “Doorslammer Alley,” delivering a thunderous and unforgettable display.
